Busy Body

Evans hands and feet are in a constant state of motion. He is always touching whatever is within reach. He likes to run his hands and fingernails (which grow way too fast) along his denim bumper pads and listen to the noise it makes. He loves to be barefoot and takes all of about three seconds to kick any sort of blanket off his feet, bare or not.
