Evan and I were sharing a strawberry popsicle. He loves ice cream anytime, but particularly right now as he is teething. I can't remember exactly what Greg did, but whatever it was it got a big smile and laugh out of Evan. These past few days have been a little rough due to the teething. For the most part, we haven't really even known when he was teething other than a little more drool than usual and some bumps on his gums, but he hasn't seemed to be in any pain. This time he has had a low-grade fever for a couple of days, has been drooling a little more, and has been super sensitive with anything touching his top gums. He has even cried when trying to eat a couple of times. It's so hard to watch when they are hurting. Hopefully these teeth will break through soon. In the meantime we'll keep him chomping on cold treats that help with the pain.
