On occasion I find Evan playing like this. I think it's his way of taking a little cat nap without actually sleeping. He kind of just chills like this for a few minutes and then pops up and is ready to play full-force again. He rarely stops moving, so it doesn't surprise me that he needs a little bit of down time every so often.
