Too Much Fun

Just a start...because I'm way too tired to stay up and get caught up on three posts, but I also don't want to go another day without posting anything. Evan loves computers, so today at Grandma and Grandpa L's we let him have a little fun. He didn't do too much harm, but we did have to let the computer rest for a little while to figure out all that Evan had "told" it to do by punching away on the keyboard. Evan had a blast! And fortunately the computer survived. I'm planning to use tomorrow morning to add more to this and post the last two days. Good night all! Evan loved the Easter bunny Grandma L. gave him. The first thing he did was go right over to it and cuddle with it. He's such a good cuddler. That was the extent of Evan's Easter this year (other than lots of love and attention, which is way better anyway). Fortunately we think he'll survive. My friend let us borrow one of their PlasmaCars, and Evan took to it like a fish to water. He had it all figured out in about three seconds. He watched the big kids going super fast and figured out that if he pushed with both feet at the same time (like they did) instead of one at a time then he could get going much faster. I thought I would need to help him figure out how to steer...nope, he did that on his own and went around corners, backed up, turned around. The only time we had to help him is when he actually ended up on the grass and couldn't get enough traction to push out or that he had to turn completely around in a very small space. We'll still probably hold off on getting one for a while, until we feel like he'll be a little more in control, but it was fun to watch him just take off. A little scary, too! He's growing up way too fast!
