We got some carpet pad and a rug for Evan's play area. It makes a huge difference to not have him playing directly on the tile. We are definitely adjusting to the coolness that tile creates. In fact, most of the time I think I'm "freezing". We had a few rugs, but are slowly adding a few more to help warm up the house.
