Summertime!

Tonight E spent a little time cooling off in the sprinklers. I got a few good shots. I dropped my point-and-shoot in the pool last week, so haven't taken too many pictures. I have my DSLR, but am still trying to get the hang of it. So, I end up with more bad pictures than good, and then I get frustrated and take a little time off. Not the best approach, I know. I just hate missing the good shots! But, I guess I need to work on getting the GREAT ones!!

I love this one because I usually get huge, cheesy grins (which I do love, but it's nice to get a more subdued shot every once in a while; a little more natural), not this sweet, peaceful face.
